About Jeannie LaPlaca

For the past 30+ years, Jeannie has represented buyers and sellers imparting her extensive knowledge of the market and personal attention to her clients. Jeannie is a Nine Time Winner of the coveted "Chicago Magazine 5 Star Professional Award," which is based on client satisfaction. Only 2% of real estate professionals are recipients of this award. 

"I am dedicated to serving my client's needs, both before and after closing; whether they be selling their home or buying a new home. Moving into a new neighborhood can be intimidating, and it is my job to make the transition as smooth as possible."  

Besides keeping apprised of the current mortgage programs, I also have professional contacts with agents throughout the Chicagoland area. Repeat clients are the mainstay of my business. However, helping transferees or new home buyers navigate through the home buying process is extremely enjoyable.
